Programming Manager

We are currently looking for an energetic, confident, and target-driven Programming Manager to join our team and help ensure our artistic and commercial outcomes are met.

As an Arts Council National Portfolio Organisation and one of the UK’s largest regional arts centres, we pride ourselves on maintaining a multi-artform received programme that is considered high in quality, credibility, and features something for everyone with diversity at its heart. The programme is the main driver for all that we do, and we work with numerous producers and promoters to deliver it.

You will have a minimum of two years’ broad programming experience in a similar environment and be looking to join a team of like-minded individuals with a focus on cultural engagement, hard work, and having fun and enthusiasm. You should have excellent knowledge of the UK arts industry with astute commercial acumen. and excellent negotiating skills, and rich artistic appreciation. You will be meticulous in your workstyle and your ability to broker and nurture relationships with various stakeholders working in different capacities will be second to none.
