Unearthed

Unearthed is a celebratory new play, created by hundreds of women from across Dorset, who worked together to unearth and illuminate twelve incredible historical women who lived, loved, survived and thrived across our country. The key facts of their lives are true; the rest is a delicious, riotious imagining.

Performed by 40 Women of Dorset, written by Stephanie Dale (Salt, Spinning on the Moon) and directed by Penny Levick (Spinning the Moon, Six Men of Dorset). Images and scenography by Jayne Jackson.
