The Scummy Mummies, AKA Helen Thorn and Ellie Gibson, bring their brand new comedy show this Summer along with their trademark gold catsuits. The show is packed with sketches, songs and stand up covering everything from menopause to mansplaining, teenagers to Tinder. No subject is off limits.
Since joining forces in 2013, the Scummy Mummies have regularly toured, selling out a number of their venues. In 2019, their debut year at the Edinburgh Festival, they sold out their entire 25 night run and featured on the ‘Top 50 Jokes of the Fringe’ list.
They produce an award-winning podcast with over 300 episodes to date featuring well known comedians and influencers which covers everything from mental health, politics, and entrepreneurship to parenting, wine, and sex. Their podcast has been recommended by The Guardian, The Telegraph, The Sunday Times, BBC Radio 4, Woman’s Hour and Metro.
