Designed for young people, Lighthouse Youth Theatre is a vibrant space to explore creativity, build confidence, and have fun through drama.

What is Lighthouse Youth Theatre?

Led by our team of inspiring professional theatre makers, weekly sessions will run at Lighthouse every Saturday during term time, offering young people the chance to explore their talents, make new friends and develop new performance and theatre skills – all building to an annual production showcase that takes place on stage at Lighthouse.

As a member of Lighthouse Youth Theatre (alongside young people involved in our writers, technical theatre and producing programmes) you’ll also become part of our wider creative community – with access to exclusive events including backstage tours, discounted tickets and workshops.

Join us and be part of Lighthouse Youth Theatre – no experience or audition is necessary. 

Autumn Term: starts Saturday 12 September 2026 

Lighthouse Youth Theatre Schedule: 

5-7 years Saturdays: 9:30am -10:15am (£80 per term) – You are currently on this booking page
8-11 years Saturdays: 10:30am -11:30am (£100 per term)
12-15 years Saturdays: 12pm -1.30pm (£120 per term) 

Siblings enjoy a 10% discount – Automatically applied when booked together

Bursaries 

Thanks to funding from Arbor Vitae Foundation we’re able to ensure that financial circumstances don’t need to be a barrier to joining Lighthouse Youth Theatre.
