MyMovie gives you the chance to see your favourite film on the big screen. For £250, you can choose a film to be shown in the cinema at Lighthouse, in the heart of Poole town centre. Included in this price, are 20 free tickets for your guests, making it feel like your very own movie premiere.
Whatever your film choice, from favourite family blockbusters for a kid’s birthday party to cult classics or a hidden gem to celebrate a special occasion, the choice is all yours.
“I chose Ferris Bueller’s Day Off and celebrated my birthday at the screening,” says Lighthouse Development Co-ordinator George Rogers.
“I couldn’t have imagined a better way to mark the occasion than sharing one of my favourite films with my friends and family, as well as fellow film lovers from across Dorset. It was a truly special experience, and I’m delighted that we’re now giving everyone the opportunity to create and share moments like this with the people they care about.”
As well as your 20 free tickets, you can also buy additional tickets at a specially discounted rate, all reserved together. Any remaining tickets will go on sale to the general public, giving everyone the chance to enjoy a curated and communal film experience.
Your MyMovie choice will appear on our website alongside our regular cinema programme, and we can also project a personal dedication on the cinema screen before the show.
MyMovie slots are strictly limited to Saturdays and Sundays at 11am. To book, simply click on the link below and fill out the enquiry form with your preferred date and three film choices, in order of preference. We have to ask for three choices as all films are subject to availability.
