Lighthouse is the leading Art Centre of the South West and the UK’s largest regional art centre. Consultant for Feasibility Study

BCP Council and Lighthouse Poole are looking for an experienced consultant to provide a feasibility study on the future of Poole-based light-art festival Light Up Poole. A highly successful winter offering which plays an important role in civic pride, tourism and the night-time economy, Light Up Poole also includes participatory and community initiatives and STEM-based learning activities in local schools and colleges.

It is unsustainable for the small team led by producer Audacious CIC to continue to deliver the festival with its current resources. The feasibility study should review Light Up Poole’s position within the local festival ecology, explore its potential to develop and expand, provide a detailed budget and suggested models for sustainable finance and government and a clear case for support.

There is an expectation of 15 days work undertaken between June, July and August 2021 covering desktop research, interviews, analysis, evaluation and report writing. Contact for a full brief and for details of information required for an Expression of Interest.

Expressions of Interest should be submitted by 5pm on Friday 4th June 2021.
