Senior Ticket Sales Advisor

Full-time permanent / £20,000pa

We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focussed individual who can assist the Ticket Sales Manager in the day-to-day operation of a friendly, motivated and forward-thinking ticket sales team. Creating a positive customer experience is a team priority and the successful applicant will deliver this while leading by example.

The role is required to undertake day, evening and weekend work, working flexibly across a shift pattern as a shift supervisor including front counter and back office, sharing the shift pattern equally with the other Senior Ticket Sales Advisor and taking responsibility for the running of the Ticket Sales team in the Managers absence.

You will need to demonstrate how you meet the principle purpose and personal specification for the role. (Not more than 1500 words)

Assistant Chef

Permanent, 30 Hours Per Week / £21,500 pro-rata /pa

Have a passion for amazing food and brilliant customer service? Want to work in the largest regional arts centre in the UK who strives to achieve excellent in every aspect of work.

We are looking for an experienced, polite, and friendly assistant chef to work as part of a team in planning and preparing food in the Beacon eatery. Ensuring high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness are maintained. Responsibilities will include assisting the chef in ensuring the main menu, evening buffet and private catering in a timely manner and to help prepare the café in readiness for opening hours.

This is a challenging and often fast paced role and will suit someone who can work well under pressure across mostly evenings and weekends. If you can demonstrate success in a similar area and passionate about great customer service, we would like to hear from you.
