Bournemouth Chamber Music Society return to Lighthouse with a special programme brought to you by Joel Munday (violin) and Julian Trevelyan (piano).
Joel Munday – described as “Thoughtful, open-minded and has a unique way of approaching everything he plays” by Alina Ibragimova (one of his mentors) – performs internationally as a soloist and chamber musician. He has been awarded the London Symphony Orchestra’s Conservatoire Scholarship, and has been a Tillett Debut Artist.
Julian Trevelyan performs regularly throughout Europe and in the UK. In 2015 he became the youngest prize-winner, at 16, of the Long-Thibaud-Crespin international competition, was a prize-winner at the Leeds, Géza Anda & Horowitz competitions, and been a soloist with the London Mozart Players.
