The Covid-19 Ticket Updates page has the latest information about which events are cancelled and which have been rescheduled. Some events are taking a little longer to organise so please bear with us. In the meantime, your questions may be answered in our FAQ's. We have a great deal to take care of during this uncertain time with a small but very dedicated team.
If you have received an email from us about a cancelled event and opted to 'credit to account'. Please note this means creating a credit note on your Lighthouse account not a refund to your bank account. Some customers have been in touch concerned they have still not received a refund. If this is the case we will be able to change that credit to a refund if you let us know.
Ticket Office are running on a significantly reduced team. We are contacting customers between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. Our phone lines will remain closed until further notice and we will endeavour to respond to emails as soon as we can. Our email address is firstname.lastname@example.org.
