Our Ticket Office phone line is open from 10am - 5pm Monday and 10am - 8pm Tuesday - Saturday. 

Bookings can be made online 24/7. 

Counter bookings are open 10am - 8pm Tuesday - Saturday.  When there is a live performance in the building, our friendly ticket office will remain open until the event starts. 

Some events may still move and we will be in touch as soon as we have more information.  In the meantime, the ticketoffice@lighthousepoole.co.uk  email is  being monitored.

We are a really small team so would request that customers only call if absolutely necessary or if we have left you a message to get in touch.

It was our first time in a cinema since Lockdown began in March , it was a totally positive experience, the spacing and the care taken over safety made us feel completely safe . Wearing masks was not uncomfortable and contributed to the feeling of consideration and respect from and towards the rest of the small audience . Our Lunch beforehand in the Beacon was carefully planned and thought out .. as well as being tasty and good value . We couldn't fault the thought and effort taken .

We’ve been planning extensively for our reopening and have been working hard to implement wide-reaching new safety measures across all venues. Whilst your visit may feel a little different we’re focusing on key areas to ensure you, your family and friends, along with our teams, can enjoy your visit as safely as possible.

To recognise the measures we have put in place to make Lighthouse safe and welcoming we are proud to hold the ‘We’re Good to Go’ industry standard mark. Here is what to expect:

Booking online is encouraged, making your visit to Lighthouse as contactless as possible. 

We would encourage all customers to book in advance to help maintain the correct social distancing measures.  Capacity is signifcantly reduced with tickets likely to sell out in advance.

Play your part. To support the NHS we have been asked to collect customer information to help with Track and Trace. Please scan one of the QR codes you will see around the building with your NHS COVID-19 app to check in. We may need to share your information with the NHS Test and Trace service if someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 lists Lighthouse as a place they recently visited. Read our privacy notice to find out how your information is shared and stored.


The Beacon (café) is open Tuesday - Saturday from 10am to 3pm. Evenings from 5.30pm to 8pm.

Our café, foyer and performance spaces are ventilated using fresh air drawn in from the outside. Air is not recycled

Our already high cleaning standards will be enhanced by a new cleaning protocol covering all areas of the building. Our cleaning team will be constantly disinfecting all areas of the building throughout the day and evening to help keep you safe. All our venue seating, foyers and carpets will undergo a weekly ‘fogging’ treatment to quickly and effectively disinfect surfaces and surroundings, providing protection for up to 30 days.

In line with government guidelines, it is mandatory to wear a face covering inside the venue. We thank you for your cooperation in keeping our staff and fellow patrons safe.

A little space goes a long way. Please stay safe and keep your distance.

Doors will open 60 minutes before a performance and will remain open until the start.

Tickets can be accessed from your email account and from your through print at home tickets (email with pdf attachment) to show on your smartphone, or as a physical ticket that will be posted. The barcode on your ticket will be scanned before you go into the auditorium.
