We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join our close- knit HR team on a part time basis working 24 hours a week for a fixed term 12-month period.

As a HR Advisor you will work closely with all employees throughout Lighthouse. This is a generalist role where you will be involved in a range of activities including but not limited to: maintaining the HR management system, monitoring policies and procedures, ensuring they are updated and in line with changes in employment law, advising on ER cases, HR metric reporting, leading on promoting the wellbeing programme, managing training and development, performance management and supporting Finance with payroll.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, have previous experience as a HR Advisor or Manager and be minimum level 5 CIPD qualified. You will be discreet, diplomatic and maintain a professional stance at all times and be passionate about providing an approachable, supportive and energetic view of HR.
