Lighthouse, Poole is looking for an experienced artistic programmer with a broad knowledge of performing arts who can work closely with the CEO to lead the organisation’s extensive and varied programme with energy, skill, commercial acumen, and creativity.

The role is crucial for ensuring that our venues offer a distinctive, broad, high-quality programme of approximately 350 productions and 1,000 performances of live performance, film, and visual art per year.
