Head of Audiences & Communications

Lighthouse has an exciting opportunity to join the senior management team as a Head of Audiences & Communications and contribute to the leadership and strategy development for the organisation to ensure that Lighthouse continues to be delivering its objectives as the leading Arts Centre in the South-West.

We are looking for a senior leader who will help shape, drive and deliver our strategy for audience development, brand, design and communication. You will lead on the creation, planning, delivery and communication of all initiatives that will engage and inspire audiences onsite and online to achieve and grow income targets. A highly skilled communicator, you will provide leadership and management to our marketing, ticketing and press and media teams.
