Creative Engagement Producer

Lighthouse is looking for a highly motivated creative engagement producer to join the team, who has great attention to detail.

Creative Engagement is launching their exciting new Lighthouse Academy in 2023 which will offer training and professional development pathways for young people and artists. The Creative Engagement Producer will be key in the delivery and practical implementation of the Academy programme.

The Creative Engagement programme at Lighthouse offers opportunities for our communities, young people, and artists to develop their creativity and talent. The Creative Engagement Producer is responsible for delivering those opportunities in line with Lighthouse’s creative engagement strategy.

Lighthouse is looking for someone with Prior experience of having worked in a cultural environment and a real Passion for the Arts and making it accessible for the entire community.

The ideal candidate will be empathetic with children and young people, as well as adults at risk and older people, and a fervent belief of the importance of the Arts in their lives and have an understanding of safeguarding.
