In this exceptional & unique show – Amy’s Original band led by her long term Musical Director/Bass player Dale Davis and Amy’s close friend from the very start of her career, celebrate her era defining music and live performances with this, the only completely authentic reimagining of the Amy Winehouse sound. Fronted by the incredible vocalist Bronte Shandé and featuring on-screen visuals and unique footage the show has become an unforgettable experience and celebration for audiences around the world which we are delighted to bring to you.
Amy Winehouse was the greatest female voice to have ever come out of the UK, a national treasure and for so many simply the greatest artist of her generation, missed by everyone who loved her and her music – join us on a joyful and emotional journey celebrating Amy’s incredible songbook with the musicians and band who knew her best, who stood alongside her on stages all around the world and helped create her timeless sound, both onstage and in the studio. Bringing you all of Amy’s hits and masterpieces from the multi award winning albums, Back To Black, Frank and Lioness …..‘Rehab’ ‘Valerie’ ‘Back To Black’ ‘Love Is A losing Game’ ‘Tears Dry On Their Own’ ‘I’m No Good’ and many more.
Fronted by the incredible vocalist Bronte Shandé and featuring on-screen visuals with unique footage, the show toured all over Europe in 2022–2023 with sell out shows, including Paris, Munich, Sofia, Athens, two sold out nights at KOKO Camden in Dec 2023, Birmingham Town Hall, and sold out UK festival stages in 2023; and in March this year 12 dates in France with five sold out shows. With special appearances at UK festivals this year, the band will embark on a three week tour of the US this spring, alongside further European and UK dates.
Continuing on the growing popularity of Amy Winehouse and especially her new young audience, the band continues to keep the spirit of Amy alive touring around the UK & internationally. Such is the success of the band, they’ve been invited to perform as far afield as Jakarta, Panama/Central America, The Azores and have a US tour planned for early 2025.
Dale Davis, the band’s (and Amy’s musical director/bass player), along with the band members, consulted on the music and recordings (Abbey Road Studios) for the recently released Amy Biopic, ‘Back To Black’.
