It's time to take flight beyond the clouds, as our soaring family pantomime adventure returns with Jack and the Beanstalk - Relaxed Performance.

This performance is perfect for anyone who might find the usual theatre environment a little overwhelming including people with sensory, communication and learning sensitivities, or anyone who would feel more at ease in a less formal theatre environment.You can expect the same West End quality production – with a few thoughtful adjustments to ensure everyone can enjoy the magic.During the performance our auditorium lights will remain at 50%,  so you are welcome to move around, make noise, or come and go as needed.We will begin with a friendly introduction explaining any special effects.  Plus, we can provide access information with a social story ahead of your visit, so that everyone feels prepared.Join us and enjoy all the joy, laughter and sparkle of our traditional family pantomime — in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.

 

About this years Pantomime, Jack and the Beanstalk

CBeebies and Lighthouse favourite Chris Jarvis is back as our loveable Dame Trott, with Sarah Louise Young (Sleeping Beauty 2024, Dick Whittington 2025, An Evening Without Kate Bush), revelling in your boos and hisses as the wicked Flesh Creep.

West End star Bernadette Bangura (Priscilla Queen of the Desert, Moulin Rouge) returns wand in hand, to light up our stage as the radiant Fairy Sunshine.  Joining her are Kieran Morris (Dick Whittington, 2025) as Jack, Robert Rees (Dick Whittington 2025, The Mousetrap) as the magical Merlin, and Sienna Glackin, making her Poole debut as Jack’s sweetheart.

Made by Lighthouse in Poole, this spectacular show is brought to you by the same team that brought the house down with last year’s national Pantomime Awards – nominated Dick Whittington, the smash-hit Sleeping Beauty (2024) and Pantomime Award-winning Aladdin (2023) and Cinderella (2022).

Promising plenty of Fee-Fi-Fo-Fun, glittering costumes, show-stopping musical numbers, sensational sets and a larger-than-life adventure for all the family, now’s the time to swap your bag of magic beans for tickets to this tallest of tales – otherwise you’ll be left at the bottom of the beanstalk!
