Come and enjoy a top night of live stand-up comedy with 3 hilarious acts plus host, up close and personal in our beautifully intimate studio at the Lighthouse, brought to you by our resident and multi-award winning Coastal Comedy Club.
Our headline act is the incredibly funny Ben Norris who has appeared on a range TV shows including: Mock the Week (BBC2) and They Think It’s All Over (BBC1) and is a regular at the world famous Comedy Store. Ben has developed an incredibly relaxed stage persona with an innate ability to improvise as well as deliver sharply crafted material.

Opening the show is the hilarious Mike Cox, winner of the prestigious Fosters South Coast Comedian of the Year Award and many more. Mike’s sharp wit and everyday cynicism have made him one to watch on the comedy circuit in recent years.

Plus, John Newton, with ‘Good old fashioned, solid gags’, who began his comedy career in 2003, fast became known for his inventive writing, covering a massive spectrum of subjects from the surreal to the hard hitting, yet still managing to remember that “the gag” comes first. In that respect, he’s an old fashioned gag teller/writer and proud of it.
