Coastal Comedy – Christmas Special

Triple bill of comedy

Sat 20 Dec 2025

Grab some festive funny and get into the spirit with a night of comedy! Come and enjoy 3 hilarious acts plus host, some off the telly and some rising stars up close and personal in our beautifully intimate studio at Lighthouse, brought to you by our resident and multi-award winning Coastal Comedy Club.

Our headline act for this special show is Desiree Burch, an award winning comedian, writer and actor, and one of the UK’s standout comic voices.

She is the host and voice of Netflix’s global hit Too Hot To Handle, a star of Taskmaster Series 12, and has hosted Live At The Apollo (BBC).

A 2015 Funny Women Award winner, Desiree has appeared on QI, Have I Got News For You, Mock The Week and 8 Out of 10 Cats. Her critically acclaimed stand-up has sold out the Edinburgh Fringe and Soho Theatre, and she has recorded specials for the BBC and Comedy Central.

Opening the show is the hilarious Luke Honnoraty with his award-winning stand-up who burst onto the circuit in 2010 as the winner of the ‘South West New Act of the Year’ on his 3rd ever gig!

Luke has gone from strength to strength and is just off being tour support for Russell Kane, and is a rising star on the circuit.

‘I won’t be surprised if I’m writing for this guys own TV show in the next 5 years!’ (Gary Delaney),

Plus Russell Arathoon who’s first gig was at the notorious King Gong at the Manchester Comedy Store. He went on to win it!

‘Instantly connects with the audience’ (Chortle)

Don’t miss this top night out, sponsored by United Taxis.  The night is hosted by Adrienne Coles from award winning Coastal Comedy – see you there!

Please note that acts may change due to TV Commitments.  Show starts at 8pm.
