It is vital we manage our resources and keep operating as best we can. That is proving especially hard at the moment with the volume of emails we are receiving. Our building is closed and are team are temporarily reduced in number. We are currently contacting customers via email and telephone with respect to cancellations. Very soon we will be in touch to let you know about about rescheduled dates. When we phone the call will show as Caller ID blocked. Please do pick up as we will be able to process your request much faster this way

We are working hard to reschedule as many shows as possible but this will take time with such a small team. All ticket holders will be entitled to retain their ticket for a rescheduled date or in the case of a cancellation, for a refund. If you bought your ticket using cash payment, we will be unable to process your refund until the building opens again. We are contacting all ticket holders  and this is a huge undertaking and we ask for your patience while we do this.
