Overview

Two strangers find each other on a beach. One can’t leave their boat, and the other keeps their wetsuit on. Together they start digging and they don’t stop until finally they’re heard. The Heart at the Centre of the World is a play about being seventeen and a little lost.

This is one of 40 new projects taking place in and around 40 arts centres as part of Here and Now, a national and local celebration of culture within communities. Supported by Arts Council England and Future Arts Centres, marking the National Lottery’s 25th birthday.
