Overview

Live and Unheard September 2021

Our headliners for this event are Kingsfoil, Lump and Mikey Ball.& The Company.

Kingsfoil

Kingsfoil (UK) is the amalgamation of four bright, passionate and keen musical minds. Featuring the supreme talents of Mikey Ball (The Company), Alex Cope (The Contraband, Admiral Shineysides), and Ant Culshaw (Diatribe), this brand new project is centred around front-man, and accomplished singer songwriter, Tim Somerfield's best work.

With raw Alternative Rock energy blended with precise bluesy technique and popular, groovy soul vibes it's hard to confine a uniquely entertaining company of musicians within one genre. Rest assured, you'll not want to miss out on the fun, as Kingsfoil (UK) sweep you off your feet on a musical adventure...

Mikey Ball &The Company

Mikey Ball & The Company are a four piece rock band from Bournemouth. Formed and fronted by Singer/Songwriter Mikey Ball. 'The Company' has been home to a changing roster of local musicians over the past seven years. Each iteration evolving the bands sound. The current lineup features Will Harris (Drums), Dean Hurst (Bass) & Chris Collins (Guitar). Since the release of 2015's 'Castaway' through to 2018s 'Mikey Ball And The Company' the band have earned over 10'000 plays across streaming services, with plans in motion for a follow up album to be released in 2022. Live performance highlights have included tour supports for Echoic & Sean McGowan along with a side stage headline performance at Teddy Rocks.  FFO Tom Petty, The Gaslight Anthem, Bruce Springsteen, Frank Turner, Fleetwood Mac, Goo Goo Dolls, Ryan Adams

Lump

The self-proclaimed kings of mongrel rock, LUMP bring you stories of Salisbury - the people, the places and the events. Pounding drums, overdriven guitar and just a hint of silliness, delivered directly by possibly four of the best looking men in rock. The new saviour of rock 'n' roll (or should that read sausage roll) are lead by Colin and his considerable vocal presence (and the odd guitar noodle), tight backing from an experienced rhythm section and a slightly energetic bass player. Lump released a new EP last year, entitled A quintessential English Scandal containing three new, highly-energetic anthems, including  one based around a certain incident in Salisbury that involved a couple of Russian oh and the closing of Greggâs the bakers!
