Music Concert Hall

Overview

The date for this event has moved from Sunday 5th April 2020 to Sunday 28th March 2021.  We are contacting customers via email and phone to advise of this change.  All tickets remain valid for this new date and we will send replacement tickets to customers once the building is open again.

Bach’s St Matthew Passion is one of the most magnificent and inspired works in the whole of Western Art. Written in 1717, it is cast on a huge scale written for two choirs and two orchestras, with five soloists. This continues the tradition inaugurated by the Bournemouth Symphony Chorus and Lighthouse to perform one of the Bach Passions at Easter
