This exhibition, taking place in our Mezzanine Gallery, is made up of the paintings which would be rejected by the mainstream. They were painted by the artist as an act of dissent against the norm. Some are unattractive – others difficult.
As well as holding numerous exhibitions the artist has also exhibited on the streets with works being freely available for anyone to take.
The artist has lived in Buckinghamshire, London and latterly in Dorset and has been producing works of art using different mediums for the last 15 years. The prefered medium is oil painting of which these are a selection.
Vincent Van Gogh has been a major influence on the artist's work and it was a lifetime's experience to view his works at a major exhibition.
