w-RAP: a plastic symphony for a Synthetic century

From Bakelite through to Tupperware, Nylons through to Vinyl and current developments in ‘eco-plastics’ and beyond. This is a new experimental music-theatre work exploring the light and dark faces of plastic in our times. A collaboration between the Museum of Design in Plastics (MoDiP), composer Karen Wimhurst and director Katharine Piercey. An introduction will be given by, Susan Lambert, head of MoDiP.
