The heart-warming story of Sandra Abbott (Staunton) who turns her life around after discovering that her husband of forty years (John Sessions) is having an aff air with her best friend. It takes moving in with her colourful, free-spirited sister Bif (Celia Imrie) and joining a community dance class full of energetic OAPs to show her that it's never too late to start afresh, both in life and in love.

Contains moderate sex references, drug use and infrequent strong language.
