Armonico Consort
Director | Christopher Monks
The Choir of Gonville and Caius College, Cambridge

This summer, Armonico Consort will be touring the country with their flagship programme Supersize Polyphony 360, a celebration of large-scale works from the 16th century, which earned 5 stars from The Times. The unique programme features epic motets, such as Tallis’ Spem in Alium, and Striggio’s 60-part Missa Ecco Si Beato Giorno, which will be performed surrounding the audience. Interspersed with ethereal chants by Hildegard of Bingen and other works from the period, it is an evening of such magnitude and polyphonic drama that cannot be missed.

Join the Armonico Consort at their open rehearsal, taking place before the performance. Click here to find out more and to book your tickets
