Free Workshop between 11:00 to 14:00.

Breath of Light is an exhibition of paintings by national award winning artist Lisa Lewis, inspired by the natural environment; rivers, coast and forest. Instead of copying the landscape, she uses all her senses to capture the essence or feeling of a place. This is why her paintings look abstract.

Come and have a go? Drop by the art gallery and try out some of the activities designed to engage with the exhibition. Download some of the activities before you come or simply pick up some sheets in the Main Gallery.

Example Activities:

Make a mini-landscape in 5 minutes
Spot the detail
Create your own nocturnal picture
Help the Art Critic
Solve the giant floor puzzle (7 upwards, accompanies by an adult)

If you are aged 7-16, get your art displayed at the Lighthouse during the last two weeks of the show.
