PAUL WELLER is excited to announce a full UK tour for 2024 with 14 dates lined up through April
This year has seen Paul’s tour schedule taken up with extensive travels around Europe peppered with a handful of UK Forest Live shows and a special guest slot to Blur at Wembley Stadium.
And with this announcement of a full UK tour, Lighthouse is delighted to be one of the venues.
Paul Weller is an English singer-songwriter and musician and has achieved fame with the new wave/mod revival band The Jam. He has further success with the blue-eyed soul music of the Style Council, before establishing himself as a solo artist with his eponymous 1992 album.
Despite widespread critical recognition as a singer, lyricist, and guitarist, Weller has remained a national—rather than international—star, and much of his songwriting is rooted in English Society.
A duo of brothers from Hove on the South Coast, Barbara are Henry and John Tydeman. Taking their lead from an eclectic set of influences that range from Glam Pop to Broadway, they make classic, irresistible pop music with a literary and intellectual approach. Whilst the influence on the music is noticeably American, Barbara’s lyrics are quintessentially British, infused with the inquisitive, satirical spirit of Harold Pinter, George Orwell and Ray Davies.
Please note, this is a standing gig. If your ticket is in the Stalls, you’ll be standing downstairs and if your ticket is in the Balcony, you’ll be seated upstairs.
Age Guidance: Standing area 14+. Those under 14 require a Seated ticket and are to be accompanied by an adult 18+
