Join Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra this winter for a Dementia-friendly concert: an enticing afternoon of music magic in Lighthouse Poole's newly transformed gallery space.
Enjoy a complimentary hot drink and slice of cake on arrival as you explore artist Carmel De’Lisser’s organic woodland themed installation, The Wintering, followed by an introduction to the exhibition from Lighthouse Poole.
Cosied up amongst the exhibition, the Teatime Trio, an ensemble of flute, harp and cello, will provide classical and popular repertoire, and a chance to share tunes, cake and company to leave you feeling warm and renewed.
These concerts are specifically developed for people living with dementia, offering relaxed chamber performances with tea, cake and conversation.
