Russia's most successful international touring ballet company comes to Poole. Moscow City Ballet was foumnded by former Bolshoi Soloist and choreographer Victor Smirnov-Golovanov , distinguished Russian choreographer and one time Bolshoi soloist.  After twenty two years, Moscow City Ballet and the Moscow Ballet Orchestra continue to evolve.  The Company owes its distinctive style to the unique method, artistry and dedication of Victor and his wife Ludmila Nerubashenko, chief ballet mistress. The dancers are some of Moscow’s most accomplished soloists accompanied by a sublime corps de ballet, all trained in the best traditions of the Russian school.
