Simon Armitage who was recently awarded the OBE for his services to Literature, reads from his latest collection of poetry, ‘Seeing Stars’.  Well known for being the modern, accessible and unstuffy face of poetry, Simon Armitage’s use of slang and sardonic wit brings to life the experiences of adolescents and his work has featured widely on the school curriculum.  There will be a Q&A session after the readings, followed by a book signing.
