Star of stage & screen Timothy West (‘Brass’) will read festive prose excerpts from the greatest writers including Dickens, Trollope and Hardy in this literary version of Kings College’s much loved ‘Nine Lessons and Nine Carols’.  In addition, Wendy Cope OBE will present selections from her rarely heard Christmas poems, all interspersed with the finest Christmas carols sung by the outstanding  choir of St Luke’s, Chelsea.  A book signing follows the performance.
