We are always looking for new ways to make your Lighthouse experience as enjoyable as possible. 2009 saw Lighthouse become the first venue in Dorset to be part of the national See a Voice project, designed to help facilitate the programming and promotion of good quality captioned and audio described performances. .

Facilities:

• Sound enhancement systems are available in the concert hall, theatre, cinema and studio.
• Guide, hearing and assistance dogs are welcome throughout the building.
• There are accessible toilets for wheelchair users on all floors.
• Prams and pushchairs can be left in the lobby next to the ticket office.
